Every-other Tabata - 8 rounds - 5 cycles - 20 sec. on 10 sec. off with 2 minute break between cycles
Cycle 2 - substitute American Hammers as the repeating exercise
Cycle 3 - substitute Reverse Lunge as the repeating exercise
Cycle 4 - substitute Box Cutters as the repeating exercise
Cycle 5 - substitute High Knees as the repeating exercise
