HI, FRIENDLY NEW GUY!

What did you think FNG stood for?

We appreciate you joining us and there is a lot of information to tell you but to avoid overwhelming you here are a few ways to keep in touch and know what’s going on in Cherokee County, GA.  If you still have questions just ask any of the guys and they’ll help or point you in the right direction!

Have you seen the F3 Nation Main Site?

Click the logo to check it out, but come back here. We can guide you locally.

Mailing List

We send about 1 email a week and it is usually an advance notice of the events coming in the next week. Written by our own Weasel Shaker, these are pretty straight to the point and full of workouts, events, party info, and charitable happenings.

Slack

We use Slack for all of our internal Comz. Here you will find out about workouts (1st F), team events (2nd F), and faith opportunities (3rd F).

We consider this additional communication to be fundamental to getting the most out of F3. You will build strong relationships within Slack.

Request invite below if you have been to a workout. If you are just looking for more information, please use This Contact Form

Social Media

We put most of our Social Media effort into Twitter as the rest of the F3 Nation is doing the same and the interaction flows great on twitter.

First Workout (Post) Tips

So, you got past our favorite excuses and decided to participate? Greatness.

We do not show up at F3 for ourselves. We show up for the man standing beside each of us.

Here is one undeniable truth that I know about each of us, we need authentic relationships with other men who are working to be strong fathers, husbands and leaders. Isolation will destroy a man! We have the opportunity to change our community and the trajectory of our families.  Getting in the best shape of your life is just a by product. The work out is the magnet, the relationships and community with other men will keep bringing you back. Lock shields with us and help us accomplish F3’s mission to invigorate male leadership in our community.

  1.  When you are first starting, it is important to remember to MODIFY as needed during the beatdowns. If you want to go harder – go harder. If you have not exercised in a long time, slow down. Don’t hurt yourself or even worse, get discouraged. Just show up, work hard and give it your best. That is all that matters. We are not here competing against one another. We are freaking proud of you for showing up at 5:30 in the morning to exercise!
  2.  Be sure to check out the About Us.
  3. Read our disclaimer, then simply pick a place to post.
  4. Visit our Locations to see what site works best for you.  May be in another region.
  5. Check out the Lexicon. We have a nick name for everything you do. The Lexicon will give you a definition behind our secret language.
  6. All you need to bring is an open mind and a positive attitude. Wear your regular outdoor workout clothes and, unless you have farmer hands, consider bringing a pair of gloves.
  7. If you are not meeting a friend at your first post, simply show up and introduce yourself as an FNG. You’ll be welcomed.
  8. Sign up for twitter. Follow @f3nation, @f3cherokee, @f3alpha. Follow your local region. Follow your fellow PAX.
  9. If you’re someone who’s interested in service, check out and attend an F3 2nd F event.
  10. Ask us any questions we didn’t cover.

Everything Else

There is probably a lot to digest here. But, at the end of the day, get up, come out, show up. You will catch on fast and the vets will be there to help you out.
Feel Free to reach out to me.
