Broad Jump x10 yards followed by
10 Burpees
10 Big Boy Sit-ups  –  *Keep those arms crossed, fingertips on the shoulders!
10 Bonnie Blairs (Kodiak)

3x out for 30 yards total. Bear crawl back to starting line and repeat.

It would just be rinse and repeat except that one PAX started a set of the exercises when he reached starting line before doing his broad jumps. So we all had to do it, naturally. 4 pain stations instead of the original 3. Acceleration FTW.

A few minutes of Mary to close out out. It JUST got to Brad Pitt and the PAX were saved by the bell!
