INTRO:
This was my VQ, so many PAX showed up at the Apex. Much appreciated for all the support and fellowship.

THE THANG:
Had PAX collect coupons for some rifle carry fun over to the field. Reminded PAX of childhood memories with Hungry Hungry Hippo by telling them we were playing Hungry Human Hippo. We had 4 Home Depot buckets spaced out roughly 15 yards from the middle bucket with all of the balls (the ones that kids peed on in the McDonald’s ball pits) placed in it. Discussed the rules:
4 teams of 6 PAX doing relay style ball retrieval with the second exercise. Each team member would get one ball using the exercise for that set and one ball only and return to their teams bucket aka Hungry Hungry Hippo. The rest of the PAX would do the first exercise of the set. Each set would be set to TABATA and the most amount of balls collected by a team during that round would win. The losing teams would be penalized with 3-Burpees.

- Bent Over Rows (using 2 arms) / Sprint
- Kettlebell Swing / Crab Crawls
- Man Makers / Murder Bunnies
- Squats w/ Coupon / Broad Jump
- LBC w/ Coupon / Skip (Like you did in grade school)
Returned coupons and moseyed back to the flag.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:
Snot Rocket was the 6th Man and asked for prayers and safe travels going out to New Mexico. We had Go Fish as our new FNG, and he did great for his first outing at F3. Much appreciation for PAX who supported me during my first VQ and showed up in numbers. Also realized PAX are a bunch of cheaters and probably cheat at games with 2.0’s and M’s at home. Don’t play games with PAX. Special thanks for Lamb Chop for helping me with Q and Snot Rocket for pushing me to VQ.
