This is a ode to an old beat-down done by Smurfette with a B.L.U.E H.O.E.S twist. We all know how much Smurfette loves quarter pounders with cheese. Using the lamp poles as our quarter marks: PAX backwards ran the hill for 1st light; 25 Burpees, back to start. 2nd; 50 Lunges, and back. 3rd; 75 upper body rows WITH CHEESE (coupon), back. 4th; 100 some kind of exercise that starts with ‘e’ but looks a lot like an American Hammer, and back to start.
When PAX returned to the start , YHC realized I ordered the wrong dish of pain for Smurfette’s final meal. He actually enjoys Double Quarter Pounders! PAX took on Killa-My-Lunga in reverse again, only this time with 25 Hill-Billy’s (a Kentucky favorite), 50 Over-head claps, 75 Extensions with CHEESE, and 100 Squats
