To start of we went on a long mozzy all the way to the rear parking lot next to the furthest baseball court. There we did the Warm-o-rama.

Once we were done we all grabbed a coupon and mozzyed on over to the football field.
The Thang
Once at the football field, we lined up on the endzone. On the line we would do 15 squats with the coupon, after we would do murder bunnies to the 20 yard line. Once on the 20 yard line we would do 15 curls with the coupon and do backwards murder bunnies back to the endzone. Then we would repeat that doing one less rep each time.
Next we set up cones in a baseball field shape. we would do 1 squat at home base, then 1 merkin at all the other bases. Once we got back to home base we did 2 reps at every cone, then we kept counting up.
Near the end we put up the coupons and mozzyed back to the flag.
