We made a slight modification for today’s version, we did the Champions Board of Pain. For each exercise, whoever finished first would yell out that they were done and we would take a lap. The small catch is that you could only be a champion once for the day, so if you were the “champion” for the burpees, you could not be the champion again. We made it all the way down to the Maktars (or however it is spelled) before the time was called.
