YHC showed up to his birthday Q running on fumes after a night of very little sleep due to cleaning up poop in 2 beds (1 toddler, 1 puppy) and dealing with a water main leak threatening to flood my recently finished basement. On any other day, it was an easy fartsack, but no way could I skip my Q. I really appreciated the great showing!
YHC was definitely overly ambitious in planning the Q. That was easily 60+ minutes of work. We may not have finished, but we busted our butts for 45 minutes, so we left better for it.

- Plank Walkup & Drag

- Conveyor Belt Merkins (Using parking spaces, while in plank position, walk sideways to the next parking space and do 1 merkin, repeat with 1 merkin per space until you reach 9 reps/space, then work your way back to the start.
