Warmo: Standard PB warmo
The Thang: We did four 5-minute tabata sets, 45 seconds on, 10 seconds on and at the end of each set took a lap around the FMS driveway. Each set began with a burpee variation. Moves included: donkey kicks; balls to the wall; mike tysons; 180 degree jump squats; BBS; flutter kicks; mountain climbers; wall sits; dips; everyone’s favorite: maktars; skip in place. For a finisher, we sprinted across the FMS field and back 5 times.
Naked Man Moleskin: Chickenfried wanted an afterburn – I hope I delivered. I took last week off and missed all my homies. Was great to be back out.
