WARMUP: .5 mile run to the track. Tinfoil did intro & Picahna got the pax warm (exile is very fast at the SSH shuffle)
THE THANG:
Picahna round 1:Run one lap around track. Start out in zone 2 and then jump up to zone 4 for second half of the lap. We did 2 laps (1 mile)

Tinfoil Round 2: Mosey form the track to the field. Pax burpee broad jumped until one pax made it to the 40yd line. Everyone then crawl bears from where they were at back to the goal line.

Picahna Round 3: Back to the track for to more laps but with a little extra yelling and motivation for the gassed pax

Tinfoil Round 4: down to the amphitheater for an escalator. Pax started with 1 Fermin at the bottom step then 3 derkins at the second and continuing to increase by 2 to the top step (15 at last step)

Made it back to the flag for :30 of Mary and done just as the storm rolled in.
