WARMUP: Standard warm up + the rucks/sandbags and the bernie of the hill.
THE THANG: Teams of 2: rifle carry 100 ft 10 merkins, then lunge with sandbag, every 5 do 3 ground to over head, then 10 merkins on the other end.
2 men will carry the log instead of merkins they did curls and squats. At the 50 ft line they did 5 shoulder to over head.
MARY: None, abs are made in the kitchen.
