YHC celebrates 6yrs of F3 & LionsDen.

Send gazelles w/ PB for small lap around to rendezvous at Freedom bus lanes. Most work is sitting at desk all day so warmup is SSH & pickers then we are on our 6 stretching hamstrings. After some lack of intensity mumble we recover & count off by 2 for lackluster partner up.

Routine is pearlish… 3 chest (carolina dd, merken, mike tyson), 3 mid section (flutter, LBC, freddy mercury), 3 leg (jane fonda, squat, lunge) exercises at 6++ or 6+= reps each followed by a lap then increase rep count.

Finish with some “who are we thankful for” plank then SSH dbl time to the TIME! Solid 6 man, Chops cudos to the OG Fleetwood for the 7mo invite & LD for being home to slowest PAX in the region. Prayers for Felicity heart surgery, family and service men & women worldwide.
