WARMUP: usual suspects

THE THANG:
To cleanse our soul of the dirty rap we heard a few weeks back I broke out the clean version of the classics for my agency and Boomer brethren. Also not sure Drummy has ever heard of Biggie or Pac….

1. amRAP
Pax partnered up and did AMRAP for the length of the song:

-Curls – Bear crawl to stairs, run back
-Tricep Ext – Run up the stairs and run back
-Goblet Squats – Crawl bear to stairs, run back
-Lunges – Run up the stairs and run back
-Chest Press – Crab walk to stairs, run back
-Triple Threats – Run up the stairs and run back

2. Rand-o-Rama Q
In honor of the 55 points Ole Miss scored on LSU and the general confusion of our defense PAX took turns calling out 25 of an exercise (or something like that) and then we all took a lap around the ramp by the school.
Rinse repeat until time.
