In the morning gloom, the clinic PAX gathered amidst the eager people setting up their chairs for the Woodstock Concernt.
Sorry started the workout with a nice long warm-up, and a two-lane Bataan death march, braving the roads and complications of such as large crew, we made our way to the nearby college for our morning festivities.
Sooorie has had a recent fascination Rucking, and working on his explosive nature. What better way to get that work in by Qing and forcing the rest of Cherokee to get faster!
SPRINTS- Sooorie ran suicides up the hill of the parking lot with the Pax of the Clinic. Simple, evil, and right up Sooories ally.
After Sooorie encouraged the PAX to grab the largest rock/coupon they could find.
10/10/10/20- Bend overs, high fives (with the coupon at your waste and straight arms, lift the coupon over head, and back down), Push press, merkins. Repeat 5-6 rounds.
Once the PAX settled into a grove and mumble chatter increased, we put back the coupons and proceeded to do Merkins/bear crawls. Starting at the end of a parking lot, complete 5 merkins, bear crawl to the next parking spot line, complete 5 merkins, repeat.
Once gainz and pain were achieved, Sooorie gathered the PAX and moseyd back to the amphitheater, leaving no man behind.
We finished with some Mary, COT, prayers, and some Canadian Tim Hortons via Blue Light.
