The Thang: Partner up. P1 does exercise with coupon while P2 holds plank. Flapjack then move onto next exercise in circuit. Start with 18 reps of each exercise. After each circuit, run half lap in opposite directions and do 5 patty cake burpees on far end, then finish lap. Then perform same circuit decreasing reps each time by 2. Exercises: Coupon swings; derkins; squats; curl & press; flutter kick holding coupons (2x); elf on shelf; coupon hops
