The Cones of Dunshire… Apex Q at the Colosseum.  We started with a Mozy to the lower parking lot FBW and circled up for warmups.  Warmups included 20 side straddle hops, 7 slow weed pickers, 20 Imperial Walkers, all in cadence followed by sungods and 5 burpess on your own.  We mozied back to the upper parking lot and played “The Cones of Dunshire,” a take on the F3 ‘traditional’ BD and Dungeons & Dragons.  Twenty exercises were listed on the white board which included LBC’s, Big Boys, Jay-Los, Mtn Climbers, Dips, Flutter Kicks, Squats, Cobra Squats, Lunges, Side Planks, Monkey-Humpers, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, American Hammers, Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks, Arm Release Merkins, Diamond Merkins, and Burpees.  We split into 5 teams with 5 cone-marked stations, which formed an aerial view in the shape of a cone.  Each station would complete the exercises and reps called out by the team switching between station 5 and 1.  Each team would rotate to roll one 20 sided dice to determine the exercise, then a 100 sided dice in order to determine the reps.  Between stations the micro-Paxes, or “Parties,” would bear crawl.  If one party caught up to the next party before they completed the set they would take 1 point of damage.  The team with the least amount of damage would have won the prize, which Dunshire complete forgot to hand out.  Counts may vary but we did 20ish big boy situps, 20ish WWII sit ups, 70ish dips, 89 Diamond Merkins, 83 Hand Release Merkins, another 14 Diamond Merkins, 17 Jay-Los, 20ish Monkey-Humpers, 74ish American Hammers, 15 Side Planks, 4 Flutter Kicks, a low count of Mountain Climbers.  After the 89 Diamond Merkins and 83 Hand Release Merkins the Q decided to lessen the d100 to a d20 for amount of reps, and the parties changed to Bernie Sanders between stations.  We mozied back to the flag and ended with 20 box cutters and 6 inches until time.  We ended with the Circle of Trust where we continued to pray for Hombre, prayed for the students, staff, and parents in Cobb and Cherokee County.  The 6th Man was @GreenMile, he shared how he got his F3 name, being an attorney that works with inmates, and shared his heart for the school system in Cobb County.  Z93 encouraged the PAX to find their own ShieldLock with 3-4 other PAX members on their own and go deeper with accountability and doing life together.  Dunshire shared about 3 buckets of things in your life that you can categorize into three buckets of things inside your control, things inside your influence, and things outside of your control.  Focus on what’s in your control, work on things inside your influence, and acknowledge what is outside of your control.  We finished with the Coffeeterium (spelling?) where @HighDive shared his Whisky/Bourbon aged coffee with the PAX.
