Turned 44 today and it was a great way to start the day.
Warm-o-rama – Imperial walkers, 44 side straddle hops, weed pickers, some arm stretches.
The workout – We did a Ladder Workout with seven different exercises
- Big Boy Situps
- Over head presses
- Four Count Flutter Kicks
- Four Count Shoulder Taps
We did 1 rep of each exercise, than jogged to the end of the small parking l0t and came back. Then we did 2 reps of each exercise, than jogged to the end of the small parking lot and came back. Then we did 3 reps, then 4, all the way to 10 reps of each exercise. Once we got to 10, we started back down until we got to 1. In between each set, we jogged to the end of the small parking lot and back.
Had some classic rock playing on High Dives speaker. Can’t believe that “Rage Against The Machine” is considered classic rock now!!!
Like I said, it was a great day to start the day. Got to see some faces I hadn’t seen in awhile. Thank you all for making it an awesome workout.
