We did some wildly inspiring warmup exercises as the Qs voice box entered puberty. The Pax retrieved coupons and the Tabata’d our way through a series of 8 exercises with an emphasis on working the core. The DJ sucked. There was a moderate level of complaining, but in the end everyone lived happliy ever after.

Announcements: Something is happening on some future Friday. So everyone should plan to come to it. Or don’t. No one cares.

Prayer requests: Pray that the Q shows a little better leadership on Thursday, especially with regard to the music and the whole announcements/prayer request fiasco.
