Reviewed the CDC and adopted F# Guidelines to protect PAX from spread of the coronavirus.
As a unit, PAX mosey to Market Street’s amphitheater for review of BD route.
YHC was happy to see strong turnout for St. Patrick’s Day with most all Men sporting green attire. Glad to see that even though the coronavirus crisis could be a deterrent to work out, the Flying V sees this as an action plan to stay healthy and to respect the rules that have been adopted by F3 regarding spread prevention. PAX was respectful and aware of spacing during BD at all times.
Run south on Market Street to Right on Maple Street down hill to work on speed and cadence; to Right on Paden to Right onto Noon Day Creek Trail for the long climb back up to Right Market Street working on hill strength and cadence; Recovery Mosey along Market Street to Rinse and Repeat until 6:12am. Met at start on Market Street as a unit, then Mosey back to flag for COT.
Site Q Trill stressed the importance of adhering to the coronavirus guidelines as they pertain to F3 BD’s. COT was extremely large circle with about 10 feet between all Hims.
PAX lifted up all families during this time and special prayers for Waffle Cone’s father.
Wrangler celebrated his 16th Birthday at the V today and should be proud of his performance. Great Work young man.
Naked Man Moleskin:
Site Q Trill strongly represented St. Patrick’s Day and the V by coming as a Leprechaun and showing all PAX how to celebrate 3/17!
