THE THANG:

It was Christmas time, and again, YHC had the Q.  I knew I needed to give the gift of Gainz, and the only way to do that was with a ruck and a Santa sack to carry, and lots of steps.  There was caroling with zero harmony and pitch, Lots of mumblechatter, and good times had by all

Partner Sandbag Carries
– We will partner up with Sandbags and rucks based off size and stay in formation
– Starbucks with Sandbags and 80# Sandbag (the 80 will be used by everyone)

Stair Work
– Partner 1 – Carries Sandbag up the Stairs and does 10 Ho Ho Ho Squats / Copperhead Squats w/ ruck and sandbag
– Partner 2 – Does Christmas Pie Pushups/Merkins w/ ruck until Partner 1 is back down
– Two Rounds done before location change and one each after for a total of 4 rounds

Ruck w/ Sandbags to Chattahoochee Tech for Christmas Gift “Ex-Gainz”
– Two PAX draw a “the gift that keeps giving” from the present and the group does what’s on the “gift tag”
– When the “gifts” are done, we go back to Starbucks and Rise Repeat
