We moseyed on down to Woodstock Elementary where we had two stations waiting for 20 brave men. First station had 43lb cinderblocks and the 2nd station was for some good ole fashion Lexicon exercises. Each HIM had a partner lined up on the opposite side of the parking lot from them, each task to complete 8 exercises listed on each of the two whiteboards.  The Teammates met in the middle before crossing paths to finish each round.  I tortured everyone with Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, Iron Maiden and Slayer. After 25 minutes we headed back to the flag.  We did some Mary waiting on the 6 and finished up with a COT where I, Bonilla, took the 6 man.

This was the celebration of my 2nd Anniversary with this awesome organization. Since joining F3 I have never been healthier and I have never been surrounded by such great men as these. I am privileged to know each of them and am blessed they have made me part of their lives. My journey has brought me 58lbs in weight loss, I can run up to 10 miles without stopping, I can ruck longer and harder, among so many other activities. Heres too many more years!!
