“Pain doesn’t tell you when you ought to stop. Pain is the little voice in your head that tries to hold you back because it knows if you continue you will change. Don’t let it stop you from being who you can be. Exhaustion tells you when you ought to stop. You only reach your limit when you can go no further.” – Kobe Bryant
Wanted to honor a legend this morning so I took Dora-cides, added a heartbreak hill, and put together a list of exercises (and rep counts) that made us question why we do this to ourselves day in and day out. It was glorious.

Naked Man Moleskin:
This has been a tough and weird week for me as a life long NBA fan and someone who has watched Kobe since seeing highlights of him at Lower Marion HS. Never though someone’s death, someone that I never met, would have such an impact on me. I feel like the level of suck and pain this morning was an appropriate beatdown tribute to a straight assassin. Great workout this morning and great to see all the regular Paragon crew!
