True to form, Jackalope was all decked out in neon, spanx, a bandana, a cowboy hat, his speaker and two waters.  His leadership was discombobulated yet challenging.  He was all over the place, yet prepared.  He has a way of seeming as if he is scattered, but he knows how to kick but with his Q.

He didn’t want to write this backblast, so I, NesQuik am his scribe.  I will keep it simple (stupid) and yet allow it to accomplish it’s intended purpose…recording our attendance and giving us all credit for the workout.  🙂

We ran to pick up coupons.  Then we ran to the back of the park and did the warm-o-rama…eventually.  After the warm-ups, we ran the trails, even though we are only supposed to walk.  Which is evident by Nomad’s ankle injury.  Jack felt bad.

Then, because he and his M are expecting their 8th child, we did 88 of the exercises listed on his board Dora style.  We each had a partner that would run to the path and back, cutting through the humidity and almost collapsing in the process (not really, but it was humid).

The exercise to my best recollection were:

Man Makers
Curls
Monkey Humpers
Overhead Press
Maktar Burpees

Then Lizard King led us in an Indian Run around the track…again, we were all pretty dragging at this point.  We closed with Mary.

Bayside told us about his amazing experiences over the past year (+) at YWAM and we prayed for Coco and SquatNCough’s Ms, who are expecting any minute.  We also prayed for my MIL who is working on recovering from Covid.

All in all, it was a humid day.  It was a good day!  It was a tough day!

Thanks Jackalope!  You will be missed brother!  It will definitely be quieter without you.  Keeps those nipples covered!
