The Thang was a series of three circuit routines using coupons. PAX partnered up. While Partner A performed exercise, Partner B planked. Once each Partner performed exercise, we moved onto the next exercise. Exercises were performed for 30 seconds, with a 10-second rest period in between during which Partners switched positions. Naked Man Mole Skin: The PAX were impressive this morning. As Fleetwood astutely noted at the COT, this was a wicked beat down and the PAX responded with vigor. Odd Job – how are those girly hands doing? Ha ha
