Continue the lunge march, stopping at 2/3rds the way and then wall-sit until each PAX has raccoon crawled the length of the group.
Finish the route to the corner of the building with bear crawl. Partner slow-mo BBS (5 count up, 5 count down)
Mosey to the flag for 6 minutes of Mary. Best effort to follow the strict definition “6 minutes of abs with feet never touching the ground”
Neat was 6th man, awesome to see how he is accelerating this past 8 weeks as a husband and dad.
Nothing is better than seeing your children grow up to be excellent humans. But, the closest thing to it has to be watching another man get unlocked, catch fire, and accelerating.
