Mosey down to the stage and wall sit on the 6, hold wall sit another 45 seconds once all in.
Break into 4 teams
Teams to touch the stage wall between each station, stations stacked up the layers of the theater.
PAX to rotate calling and leading all exercises, cadence type and quantity at PAX discretion, stations:
1 – SSH, LBC, IW, Merkins, Squats
2 – Star Jump, BBS, HillBilly, Derkin, Monkey Humber
3 – Bonnie Blairs, Hello Dolly, Toy Soldier, Dry Docks, Alt Lunges
4 – Burpees, Box Cutters, No Surrenders, Diamond Merkin, Copperhead Squats
