WARMUP: Lap around the parking lot; SSH; Weed Pickers; CH Merkins; Hillbilly Walkers; Sun Gods; Michael Phelps

THE THANG: Perform 4 sets of exercises then run to the end of the parking lot and back:

Round 1 – 40 KB Swings, 30 Squats, 20 American Hammers, 10 Upright Rows

Round 2 – 40 Flutter Kicks, 30 Chest Press, 20 Lunges, 10 Figure 8s

Round 3 – 40 Calf Raises, 30 Curls, 20 Bent Over Rows, 10 Single Arm Cleans

Round 4 – 40 Plank Pull Throughs, 30 Tricep Extensions, 20 Deadlift, 10 Thrusters

Once the group completes all 4 rounds, start back at Round 1 rinse and repeat. Great effort from all to make it through all 4 rounds twice!
