The Thang: Four tabata circuits consisting of 5 exercises, each performed for one minute with 15 seconds rest in between. At end of each circuit, PAX ran laps. Circuits were performed to an early 90’s (middle school) hip hop play list, and were as follows:
- Circuit 1: burpees, Lt. Dans, Mike Tysons, reverse crunches, lateral mountain climbers
- Circuit 2: burpees, imperial squalkers, merkin toe taps, BBS, squat thrust
- Circuit 3: burpees, no surrenders, PB taps (4-count exercise consisting of 2 shoulder taps and 2 knee taps), flutter kicks, donkey kicks
- Circuit 4: burpees, ratchet squats, Peter Parkers, American hammers, 180 (er, 90) degree snow boarder jumps
COT: Prayers to Sky Q for various concerns including family members struggling
Naked Man Moleskin: Kudos to U-turn for coming back out today. He shared with us that things have been difficult at home. Sometimes when the going gets rough it’s all too easy to withdraw and try to handle on our own. But it’s during these times that we need each other even more.
