Short mosey around the amphitheater.  Warm up of SSH, weed pickers, hillbillys, Michael Phelps, and sun gods.

BD consisted of 5 exercises, newly renamed KANSAS drydocks, copperhead squats, LBC’s, merkins, and supermans.  Partner up and do 15 reps each on the stage and in the far left and right corners, one at a time.  After a round of each exercise, everyone was to switch partners.  Some guys switched after each lap.  Even better.   My goal was to get the Pax talking to one another and not focus so much on doing as many laps as possible.

Prayers for Oracle’s son Jake.  Prayers for the people of Newnan who are still dealing with damage from last year’s tornado.  Prayers from Mickey’s daughter who gets her license today.
