WARMUP:

pre-run, personal stretching

THE THANG:

Start off with 5 burpees then go straight to thrusters until beeper goes off then another 5 burpees

This will repeat until you reach 100 reps of thrusters followed by a 400 meter run

Once you return, you will go to burpees then when the beeper goes off, it’s 5 thrusters then back to burpees. You will repeat this cycle until you reach 100 burpees then another 400 meter run to finish the challenge
