Beatdown consisted of 5 exercise

Front Raise – 10 reps

Overhead press – 10 reps

Rows – 10 reps each arm

Goblet squat – 10 reps

Extensions (overhead tri) – 10 reps.

After each cycle, PAX would farmer’s carry to the other end of the parking lot, do 10 merkins, and then farmers carry back in the opposite hand.  Rinse and repeat until time.
