The Thang: Pie Bar’s classic Escalator workout w/ coupons. Perform one exercise, then run 100 yards to light post and perform 20 flutter kicks (single count). Run back. Perform same exercise and add next exercise. Rinse and Repeat and keep adding an exercise. Exercises were:
- 5 Man Makers
- 10 Merkins
- 15 Squats w/Coupon
- 20 OH Press
- 25 Tricep Press
- 30 Bent Over Rows (15 each lat)
- 35 Coupon Swings
- 40 Lunges w/coupon (single count)
- 45 Monkey Humpers
- 50 Coupon Climbers
- 55 Coupon Hops
No one made it to the monkey humpers. At 6:05, YHC called for PAX to return coupons and line up on baseline at BB court for a ladder sprint drill. Sprint from one baseline to the other. Then repeat for 3, 5, and 7 lengths. Mosey back to flag for 3 minutes of Mary.
