Started with a mosey to the bus lanes where we did a quick warm up which included side straddle hop, weed pickers, sun gods (OYO), and Michael Phelps (OYO). The Q led the Pax for a nice run over to the trail in the Barrett Park subdivision. The Pax completed 5 burpees (OYO) then ran 1 lap around the trail together as a group. Each Pax had a partner and completed 300 LBC’s, 200 squats, and 100 merkins collectively. While one did the exercise the other partner ran 1 lap around the trail. When the runner returned he and his partner completed 5 burpees together then switched. After the Pax completed the workout they completed 5 burpees together as a group then ran back to the campus. The Q gave bad instructions to Z93 by saying to have everyone complete exercises at the flag until the 6 was in. What the Q really meant was for everyone to complete exercises at the flag pole in front so we could complete 1 more lap around the school. My bad on that on Z93. The Pax completed peer lead workouts at the flag (not the flag pole) until 6:15. Total mileage ran was about 3 miles.
