Our calves will never be the same…
Moseyed around the amphitheater and down the 2nd set of stairs and circled up on the grass for:
10x Weed Pickers
10x Toy Soldiers
5x Bent-leg body twists
No time to waste, on to the routine
This morning was war on our the legs so we worked ONLY the legs. The hill on the route got progressively more painful. PAX performed the following:
50x Calf Raises
50x Bonnie Blairs
50x Step Ups
50x Monkey Humpers
We all took a lap around the amphitheater and then did:
40x Calf Raises
40x Bonnie Blairs
40x Step Ups
40x Monkey Humpers
We all took a lap around the amphitheater.
You can see where this is going. We continued until we completed the last round of 10’s. We had just enough time to mosey back to the flag.

Naked Man Moleskin:
Hot, sticky heat greeted us in the gloom this morning. Appreciate you running with me Hard Hittin’ for the pre-run. The coffee, as usual, was on point and I enjoyed every sip on the way to the house.
Great to be back at the Clinic and being there brought back all the memories. This location is and will likely always be the flagship AO in South Cherokee. If you haven’t been here, you’re definitely missing out. Until next time. SYITG
