YHC moseyed intentionally in the wrong direction with the Sandbags on our back to get as warmed up. We finally got to our destination. YHC apparently forgot  how to count in cadence and what the exercise names are and was luck Pax didn’t leave. SSH, Weedpickers and etc

1- 10SB Squats

2- 10SB step ups

pick up six and mosey down to bottom

On each step of amphitheater

1- 10 merkin SB pass through

2 – 10 Derkins on steps

 

bear crawl with bags up hill and crawl bear down with bag,  that was fun.

got to flag that was on the ground so we did burpees as punishment.

 

Saluki and Rubberneck would not be quiet and stop talking about the abolition of man. Trying to intimidate us because they are in ministry? Maybe!
