THE THANG:
– went o front hill of bascomb and did 3 sets of sprints up the hill
Went to from entrance of bascomb and split into two teams. One team does following exercises while other team runs a lap around the school. Each team does two laps total.
Exercises were:
-100 big boys
-100 dips
-100 merkins
Did a couple laps around the parking lot before mary.
