This work out is slightly more refined version of the War Towne beat down. I timed a lot of the workout rather than use a number of exercises, but I also start with the familar pattern of counting this time. I used the Cinder blocks again, but also with some added workouts I learned from various PAX. I also saw Rembrandt use hash pipes, I had to try them. Before this beatdown, bradpitt gave me some advice to keep control, it paid off. Fleetwood afterwards said he appreciated that I blew everyones muscles out early on so everything felt worse.
