WARMUP: Some of us pre-ran 6 miles… I think everyone was shocked MK was actually there to  do his Q.
We started with a mosey around the parking lot running past the construction site where Dory tried to figure out how we could incorporate some large steel beams into the BD. While we moseyed Cupcake and Sprinkles proved yet again how annoying they can be.
We circled up and started with SSHs, then Imperial Walkers, followed by Weed Pickers and Windmills, then finished up with Sun Gods OYO.

THE THANG: Up first was good ole Route 66 with Merkins. The over full and rancid port-a-Johns was a nice touch…
Then came the classic bus lanes. Big Boy sit-ups was the exercise, going out to lane 15 and starting with 15 reps, then working our way down. We added a burpee back at the start for something a little extra.
Finally, we finished up with a Dora, 100 burpees, 200 step-ups, 300 dips. But with only 15 minutes or so left, seemed no one was thrilled with the thought of doing 100 burpees.
