10 Ten 3
As with most sNt Q’s the playlist led the BD.
We did reps of 10 of 2 KB exersises, and then 3 burpees. This pattern was repeated through the entirety of a song.
At the song change we got new reps, but kept the 3 burpees.
For instance. 10 KB swings, 10 Left Arm rows, 3 burpees, repeat this throughout the playing of Dr Feelgood.

The feedback makes me think that the BD might have been on the more extreme side. I have a feeling that more non-KB exercises are mixed in normally….
