I heard that the Pre-run was going to go do a nice long run I felt a nice long mosey up a hill and down some stairs would be a nice gift.
Then 20 SSH, Sun Gods, and 12 weed pickers to prep the group.

15 Bonnie Blairs (rolled 2 times)
15 Jump squat (rolled 3 times
20 Merkins (rolled 4 times)
20 Tricep Dips (rolled 4 times)
1 min Air Chair (rolled 3 times)
30 American Hammer (rolled 4 times)
30 mountain Climbers (rolled 3 times)
20 Burpees (rolled once, this made Saluki very sad as he kept trying to rig it to roll again)
15 Tuck Jumps (never rolled, sad day)
Water break (HAHA sprint from one side of the field to the other and back) (rolled 2 times, called 2 times)
Tuck Jumps didn’t get rolled, but I learned not to do 30 Bicycle Crunches on a 4 count…
