Rounds 5,10,15 we ran triple sprints
After round 19 we never walked back, all sprint work
Epic job by the PAX this morning, everyone pushed each other. Westside won round 13 but was never heard from again. Mole and Lt Dan showed off their Brickyard wheels. Garf usually dominates after round 3, but decided to be merciful to our manhood.
