THE THANG: Everyone started in plank at entrance of parking lot. Each pax then sprinted to the top parking lot and did merkins until the six came in.

Next we did suicides in parking lot at each light pole doing increasing squats.

Then we partnered up and challenged the pax to tag their partner. Partner one sprinted as partner 2 did 5 merkins and then chased partner 1. Each time you got to an intersection on the circle you had to do 5 merkins. If player two caught player 1 the. Player 1 had to do burpees at the end

Afterwards we used the hill above the amphitheater to do hill sprints. We Bernie’d down the hill and sprinted up the hill doing increasing. Bobby Hurleys
