THE THANG: Pick a card from the deck, roll (2) 20 sided dice, do the corresponding exercise.
1: Squats (there is no 1… forgot)

3: Alternating Kettle Bell Touches (plank)

7: Toes to the Heavens with kettle bell
8: Elf on a Shelf
9: Rows
10 (or after every 4 cards drawn: Run up the stairs and back with Kettle Bell
Jack: Chest Press
Queen: Alabama Prom Dates
King: Kettle Bell Swings
Ace: Triple Threats
Joker: Man Makers

After every 4 draws, run with Kettle bells up stairs. After 16 triggers the SGT Slaughter Special (Front, Back Go!).

COT: Prayers for Nesquick’s friend Tom battling cancer. I couldn’t imagine being that young and having to go through that. Prayers for restoration and healing. Prayers also for Nesquick as he takes his daughter to college! Prayers for all the men in the group as I forgot to ask for additional prayer requests. I’m not the best at public speaking, so I tend to forget things that are most important.
