Where to start…we did a very short mozy to the parking area to take care of the warmup. A few Michael Phelps, sun gods and weed pickers and we headed over to the field to get the fun started.
We grabbed coupons to ensure we could feel the movements on Monday!
Five different rounds with different exercises: 1) Squats, 2) Mericans, 3) American Hammers, 4) Chest Press, 5) Lunges (All with our loving coupon)
Five different stations, each about 40′ apart, where 10 of the exercise would be completed in the following fashion:
Station 1, Station 2; back to Station 1, Station 2, Station 3; back to Station 1, Station 2, Station 3, Station 4; back to Station 1, Station 2, Station 3, Station 4, Station 5 to start the next round. It started off cattywampus and ended up with complaints and soreness.
We finished off with a slow run and Mary.
Ended with COT.
