Mosey to Chattahoochee Tech, warm-o-rama. Indian run back to amphitheater. Squats, and Side Straddle Hops to “Roxanne”, by the Police. Every “Roxanne” warranted a Burpee. Found out quickly that “Roxanne” is mentioned a lot. PAX was feeling it. Then completed circuit: suicide stairs, 20 Burpees at the top, then working back down; box jumps, incline merkins, step-ups, decline shoulder taps, dips. Rinse and repeat. Then circle up for Mary: J-Lo, Leg-lifts, Mike Tyson, Alabama Prom-Date.

Finish with COT; lots of prayer requests from the PAX, praise also for the power of prayer in the COT. Wax-On joined with a FNG, his 2.0(Noah). His 2.0 is 14months, but as the custom, he needed a name. He was officially/unofficially named “Wax-off”. Walking first, then come the bear crawls! We prayed for those hurting, and those who need healing. May the Lord bless them and keep them, may his face shine upon them, Amen! YHC prayed for the men who need F3, may GOD reveal them to us HIMs as we go about our days to foster true male community leadership, Amen. Praise GOD for F3!
