JB- the old reliable triple nickel on the Bascomb hill.  Burpees.

Maaco- Run around the circumference of the school.  Flutter Kicks, Overhand Claps, Incline Merkins, Lunges.  Each corner had one of these exercises performed.  Did three rounds.

JB and Maaco started The Arena one year ago today.  It is pretty bad-ass, and the logo is even more bad-ass, so we obviously had to transfer the flag over to two even more bad-ass PAX.  We couldn’t find any, so we got Tinfoil and Picanha!!!!  Seriously, these two guys are all in on all three F’s.  JB and I know that we put our baby into good hands.
