Warm-up:

Quick mosey around the front of the middle school then circle up for some IC exercises that now that it is a few days later I can’t remember but probably some SSH, Weed Pickers, and Imperial Walkers.

 

The Thang:

We started the day building BLIMPS.  To start we did 5 Burpees and took a lap.  Then 5 Burpees and 10 (Kodiak count) Lunges and take a lap.  Then 5k Burpees, 10 Lunges, and 15 Imperial Walkers (Kodiak count), and you get the picture.  Once everyone had finished building their BLIMPS we ran over to the parking lot for a Burpee Route 66 starting with 1 burpee and adding at each light post.  Each man made it as far as they could with Back Draft Leading the way until we hit 6:15.
