Dora – groups of 3. One guy did No-Surrenders, one guy ran across the parking lot, guy on other end did monkey humpers. Counts didn’t matter, we Dora-ed for about 20 minutes.
Route 66 – BradyBunch edition. Grabbed a coupon at the bottom of the stairs at the middle school. Started with one coupon squat, ran up the stairs to the end of the breezeway and back down. 2 coupon squats, run up stairs… and repeat until reached 11 squats.
When everyone was done, we did calf raises and step-ups on the wall at top of the stairs. At about 6:14 we hobbled back to the flag for COT!
