  • 12 min. session of sets of bent over rows and tricept dips
  • 3-5 descent phase of lift
  • Max Reps
  • Mindset: Gym session, hang out, have fun, mumble your chatter
  • ***BONUS: YHC through in a set of WeedPickers cuz I’m such a jerk and forgot them during Warm O Rama.  PAX let me know, in no uncertain terms, what a crime I had committed.  Ooops!

    • ***Every PAX (including YHC) loved the first exercise…50 HR Derkins… cuz, you know, HR’s make for good form…Saget Style!
    • Overall, a phun time had by all in attendence.
