YHC wanted to earn the GORUCK star course sprint patch.  To earn this, the star course needed to be an estimated 3.1 miles.  YHC did alter the normal GORUCK rules a bit due to the timeframe.  The points for this F3 star course were the following:

Most teams get well over 3.1 miles with some getting 4-4.5 miles.  YHC enjoys leading a Star Course Q 1-2 times a year at WoodstockRucks for a change of pace.  Today, the rucking PAX seemed to have a blast, got super sweaty, and started the weekend off right by getting stronger!

COT focused on prayers for Covid affected families in our midst as well as some families dealing with RSV.  Covid seems to pick and choose who it affects with a certain nastiness, so may we all stay humble while discussing and dealing with it.  Also YHC prays that we all realize the each of us could be in the perfect spot to help a brother out during these times.
